monkey quest game fun

Do you feel weary of the endless trifles in our daily life? Would you like to escape temporarily from the worldly chaos and turmoil? Do you yearn for the simple yet exciting life of other living creatures on our planet? If all of your answers are positive, then join in Monkey Quest to empathize with monkeys’ adventure in the fantasy world of Ook.

Monkey Quest, a family-friendly free-to-play massive multiplayer online game, is developed by Nickelodeon. With adorable images, exquisite interface and stringent filtering system, Monkey Quest is originally targeted towards children, but it still hold considerable appeal to other gamers alike.

Monkey Quest happens in a fantasy world called Ook. You enter into the game to create your own monkey, and from then on, you embark on your journey of exploring the wonderland. A horde of ferocious beasts is disturbing the peaceful Ook and it’s your monkey’s responsibility to defeat them and defend the amazing land. Along the way, you will solve puzzles and take part in some challenges which may lead to discovery of secrets of the lost Monkey King. When your monkey complete its quests, its performance will be valued by the leader of monkey tribe and earn you profits. Gradually, as your monkey grows stronger, you can unlock other monkey tribes and begin a completely different exploration. If you excel in finishing the quests, you will be granted by tribe leaders with new powers and abilities with which you can grow to be a tribal master. Monkey Quest is dynamic owing to developer’s constant endeavor to add new content to it, but if you want even more, you can sate your wish with the help of a hybrid payment system.

As the game is mostly dedicated to kids and families, Monkey Quest differs from other MMOs in several aspects. On one hand, the game encourages cooperation instead of competition; therefore, there is no vying element in it. This guarantees that gamers play with rather than fight against each other. On the other hand, conversations during the game are filtered through to present a harmonious and civilized atmosphere.

Monkey Quest is currently in closed beta and will officially launch on April 2, 2011 along with the Kids’ Choice Awards. When this relaxing yet entertaining game is available, feel no reluctance to give it a shot!
